The Stand Together Edupreneur Resource Center (ERC) began in 2023 as the Yes Legal Edupreneur Support Program (ESP) under the yes. every kid. foundation. In 2025, we proudly transitioned to Stand Together, expanding our mission to better serve education entrepreneurs (edupreneurs) nationwide.

Our goal is to empower edupreneurs to overcome regulatory hurdles and own their business’s legal health. The ERC team does this by providing resources on the fundamentals of operating a sustainable, legally compliant business. We invite all edupreneurs to join our center, learn, safeguard their venture, and thrive, so that together we can work to ensure there are plenty of learner-centered education options to meet the growing demand of families nationwide.
